Wacom Intuos Manga or Intuos Pen and Touch?

I'm planning to buy a tablet soon but I'm not sure which of these two I should get.
Intuos Pen & Touch or Intuos Manga? The reason I'm not sure is because I've been thinking about creating comics so Intuos Manga should be a pretty good choice but I want to paint and draw portraits and other things and I'm not sure if you can do that with an Intuos Manga, can you?
So, which one should I get?
